Legal Disclaimer
1. Services Provided
● We offer residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on our website and
service agreements.
● Standard cleaning does not include hazardous materials, pest infestations, or
lifting/moving heavy furniture.
● Any additional services must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
● Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
● Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24hours] in advance.
● Late cancellations may be subject to a [cancellation fee of $50.00 or 1/2 of service cost].
● If we cannot gain access to the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be
canceled and the full fee charged.
3. Payments & Fees
● Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● We accept online payments only ● Late payments may
result in additional fees.
4. Access to Property
● Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property (keys, entry codes, or
someone present).
● We are not responsible for delays or inability to clean due to lack of access or bad weather
inclements.
5. Health & Safety
● For the safety of our staff, we do not clean areas with hazardous conditions (including but
not limited to bathroom mold, and we do not clean pest infestations or animal feces).
● Clients must disclose any known risks (broken glass, unsafe surfaces, chemicals, etc.)
before service, including illnesses.
6. Liability & Damages
● We take great care with your property. In the event of accidental damage, we will notify
you immediately or within 24 hours.
● Our liability is limited to the cost of cleaning service provided or repair/replacement of
damaged item at our discretion.
● We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation, or items of
extraordinary value (e.g., antiques, artwork, sentimental items).
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
● If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we may
address the issue.
● Remedies may include re-cleaning specific areas or applying a service credit. NO Refunds
after service is rendered will reclean any missed areas before leaving. We believe in
customer satisfaction.
8. Termination of Services
● We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time, including but not limited
to unsafe working conditions, repeated cancellations, or nonpayment.
9. Privacy
● Client information (names, addresses, contact details) is collected solely for scheduling
and billing purposes.
● We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
● These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
● Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Harris County/Texas jurisdiction.
● We do welcome tipping and it is appreciated.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms and Conditions.
